2-Part Course via Zoom (video conference)

After successfully completing the ILF Introductory Course and working with the technique in clinical practice for a while, you are now ready to learn more about the next steps in the protocol development. In this training course you will learn about the history of Alpha-Theta training and how to use this modality to enhance clinical outcomes, by allowing deeper processing of traumatic memories and promoting deeper healing. The course includes discussions and hands-on experience with this modality.

What is Alpha-Theta, history of Alpha-Theta training and general training effects

Difference between Infra-Low frequency training and Alpha-Theta training

Original Alpha-Theta program, 1 channel Alpha-Theta: 3 electrodes setup, indications, electrode placements

Difference between Synchrony and Alpha-Theta training, indications, electrode placement, feedback choices

2 channels Alpha-Theta, electrode setup with 5 electrodes and jumper cable

Guided imagery, Alpha-Theta Reflections program, feedback options

Preparation for Alpha-Theta training, including this training modality into the client's training protocol, alternate placements, training outcomes

Expected training outcomes with Alpha-Theta, abreactions and how to adjust the training for optimal effects
